With more than two decades of
mortgage experience, Jonathan Cundiff has built his career on a simple belief:
relationships matter. Over his career, Jonathan has become known for being a
trusted partner to both borrowers and real estate professionals—someone who
listens, communicates clearly, and works tirelessly to find the right mortgage
solutions for every situation.
A native of St. Simons Island,
Jonathan graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Economics
and is a proud member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. It was at GSU he met his wife,
Julie, beginning a partnership that has shaped his life both personally and
professionally.
Jonathan's commitment to
strengthening communities extends beyond his day-to-day work. He serves on the
Board of Habitat for Humanity Georgia, supporting initiatives that help
families across the state build stability through homeownership, as well as his
annual work with Clark's Christmas Kids, helping to provide a memorable
Christmas to children in the Georgia foster care system.
At
home, Jonathan and Julie are raising their two children, Robbie (16) and Haylie
(14). When he's not helping clients or collaborating with his real estate
partners, you'll find him outdoors—hunting, fishing, or honing his
woodturning skills—or enjoying great music with the people he loves most.
