Dedicated Time
We're proud to offer every GBC team member two hours of paid time off per month to volunteer—amounting to about 4,800 hours of community service per year! Our team is able to give back and find meaningful opportunities that align with their passions and interests.

Jerel Germany
When Jerel’s community in Henry county was affected by a tornado, he stepped up by helping to clean the streets of debris. With just a few people, they were able to clear over 50 trees, restoring the roadways and helping further cleanup efforts.
Brian Weiner

Derricka Sterling
Derricka participated in a career day at a local middle school in a low-income community, walking them through how she became a banker and inspiring a future generation to pursue their dreams.

Community Restoration Project
Georgia Banking Company is pleased to add the Community Restoration Project to our list of trusted non-profits! They specialize in getting people into permanent housing, which is sorely needed in the Atlanta market. We are excited that our donation will allow them to assist a family to get into a house before Christmas! Check out their website to see how you can plug in.
