Dedicated Time

We're proud to offer every GBC team member two hours of paid time off per month to volunteer—amounting to about 4,800 hours of community service per year! Our team is able to give back and find meaningful opportunities that align with their passions and interests.

Jerel Germany

When Jerel’s community in Henry county was affected by a tornado, he stepped up by helping to clean the streets of debris. With just a few people, they were able to clear over 50 trees, restoring the roadways and helping further cleanup efforts.
